This year, we teamed up with the Upper Valley Trails Alliance (UVTA) on a project that aimed to improve and preserve the trails that so many of us enjoy. Our collaboration focused on making the trails more sustainable in the face of climate change and increased use, ensuring they remain accessible for future generations.
The RCS team had the privilege of working directly with UVTA, contributing to trail restoration efforts that included installing new culverts and preparing the path for the upcoming season. This hands-on project allowed us to directly experience the importance of protecting our outdoor spaces while connecting with the very community that benefits from these trails. Whether it’s families out for a weekend hike or individuals using the trails for daily exercise, our efforts help maintain an invaluable local resource.
